Merten Design presents a new sustainable development north of Fort Collins.
This development is incorporating geothermal heat pumps that are capable of heating and cooling each unit.. with an efficiency almost 4 times greater than electric and emits little to none greenhouse gasses.
There will also be no stormwater piping.. using all pervious concrete and bioswales to manage stormwater runoff.The stormwater will be help in the detention pond & will be used to water the all of the native & indigenous plants used for landscaping.
