New Green Development in FoCO

Merten Design presents a new sustainable development north of Fort Collins.

• This development is incorporating geothermal heat pumps that are capable of heating and cooling each unit.. with an efficiency almost 4 times greater than electric and emits little to none greenhouse gasses.
• There will also be no stormwater piping.. using all pervious concrete and bioswales to manage stormwater runoff. The stormwater will be help in the detention pond & will be used to water the all of the native & indigenous plants used for landscaping.
